Focus blast is so busted it should be 50% accurate.
It's basically a Specs aura sphere coverage for things that shouldn't.
Alakazam/Gengar shouldn't hit T-tar for 80%

80 or 90% accuracy moves shouldn't be a thing and neither should 10 or 20% effect chances
either make it reliable 0/100 or make it very clearly a 50/50 cointoss (at most skewed a bit like 30/70)
the 10/90 and 20/80 ratios are too extreme to constantly take the lesser chance into account, but they can still fuck you over randomly
