Pretty much any relevant social media allows the posting of webms in some way at this point.
Reddit and Twitter for example both support webms.

Twitter uses a weird bastardized mp4 format (that you can't directly download for some reason), does it not? Like, you can upload .webm, but I don't think that it stays .webm, just like how it converts .gif into a video file.
