As it stands, with the barren environments with a few trees here and there, the cities that are essentially stage sets and the very simple NPCs, it feels more like some kind of single player MMO.
I'd say if SV looked like and felt like The Witcher 3, especially the Blood and Wine expansion, it would be pretty close to what I dreamed of.
