Also of course Aggron in every other game is either not present or doesn't evolve very late to begin with anyway.
Classic example of a complete shitmon. I think you could argue dex filler like Furfrou or Maractus are better as they're at least useful for a bit after you get them unlike Aggron which starts bad and takes forever to only become still bad
