That being said, but anyone who thinks that Typhlosion will ever OU viable is either delusion, or high on hopium. Even the regional shitmons are overpowered in Gen 9. Armarouge directly outclasses Typhlosion and its hanging by a thread in OU. RU is he most likely place Typhlosoin will end up(though considering how insane powercreep is, RU isn't the mark of shame is used to be).
It will do better in Doubles at least.
