They shafted Deci's stats so much for for godamn reason for how diverse its movepool is (SD, NP, Trapping, Defog, Tailwind, Baton Pass) so it can't reliably do any of them. To this day it's the only Grass starter to not get Leech Seed, are they really that scared of an obscure niche like Seed Trapping?
Maybe Victory Dance will become an Egg move for Owl so both it+Hisuain can actually have a fucking chance at doing something.
