Even if the sun was a 'masculine' symbol, nowadays all the warm and bright colors are considered more feminine, and the cold and dark colors are masculine. Even if in the yin-yang symbol the white part is the masculine one, the color white is considered feminine. The wedding dress. Women pick white colored phones, men pick the black ones. Women like pastels, men don't. It's maybe more of a matter of preference. But no matter the cause, red is not a masculine color.
