IDGAF honestly. but i would rather have a item that changes a HA into a normal ability so i can salvage a event Tapu i got in a trade a couple of years back that had a Ability Patch used on it. It could potentially be good for Balltism and breeding since i think Ball+Specie is passed down from female in the case of mixed Specie situations.

Bottom surgery doesn't change one's sex, it just creates a festering hole from where your dick is supposed to be. Pokemon can't change their sex, just like how humans can't biologically change their own gender, if GF suddenly makes a mechanic like that it would make no sense since thay insist in treating pokemon like actual characters and characters don't change sex.

Frogs can do it too iirc if there isn't enough of one sex to go around. Clownfish do it for reproduction/hierarchy purposes, they have a dominant couple and a bunch of males and if the female dies her mate becomes a female and the second highest male on the ladder becomes the new mate
