Rework and buffing Steelix to have a 540 BST. (Like Gyarados and Milotic) This turns Steelix into a Menacing Rock Polish + Sheer Force sweeper without making it too overpowered.

Instead of just randomising stat numbers, why not simply make it's dex match? Even with a very conservative guess

I know Shell Smash is a no brainer but I wanna go over Torterra's stats.

Steelix its a pokemon that dont need change his stats to be good, maybe give him new moves, but his original stats are already good. Onix its a pokemon that really need a buff

Its Def needs to stay at 150 so lower the Speed back to 20 and put those extra points in SpDef.

Onyx on the other hand needs the Atk/Speed buff.
Bump its speed up to 100, Atk/SpA to 90.
Let it keep Sturdy/Rockhead but add Sheer force as a third.

Grass/Rock sounds good, it synergizes surprisingly well, now that I think about it.
I just can't see GF changing a Pokemon's typing unless an entirely new type is introduced.
