i love kasa obake and the one on the right is a really good execution of it. i like the design on it's own merit, too.
the one on the left i'm not quite sure what it's based on but i guess its also kind of cool, it looks like some jester thing that eats everything it sees. not a huge fan of the baby blue color scheme though.
are these two supposed to be alternate forms or evolution of an existing mon or something? are they just version exclusives? what's their relation?

you're either trolling or deliberately want to incite genwars everywhere you go, but i love simplistic designs. i just think scovillain could be a three stager, with the heads increasing to three gradually, like some kind of botanical hydra. there's three main colors of peppers, it makes sense.

Yes in the Pokéverse 99% of electric Pokémon are yellow or have a yellow colour in their design.
It makes thematic sense as well, Capsikad has one green head, it's grass type, Scovillain has two heads, one green one red, and it's grass/fire, if you add another head it would only make sense he would gain a new typing, but of course it cannot have 3 types so at best it'd get an eletric type move and a electric-stab ability like other Pokémon have.

It gains the fire type because it's a fucking pepper, the red is there to signify it yeah but there has to be a reason for the type. Also a pattern existing doesn't mean everything has to fit it. Drowzee isn't electric.

It's Grass/Ground, but IMO I'd make it Grass/Steel. The its dark blue/grey hide resembles armor plating, and Steel is just a better type to combo Grass with than Ground IMO. Not to mention Torterra itself is already Grass/Ground.

The majority of electric Pokémon have yellow in their design, it's a fact, go ahead and google "all electric Pokémon" and see for yourself. It is not weird to think that yellow=electric in Pokémon, but of course there are a handful of exceptions.

Other way aroumd, GF wanted to make a fire grass type so they made the pepper motif, it gains the red pepper so the grass/fire typing made sense, and you didn't even dispute my other point, with every head Capsikad/Scovillain gains a type, and that makes perfect sense as well.

You listed 5 mons out of over a thousand Pokémon, of course there will be outliers, you don't have to be a genius to figure that out.
Point is: most yellow Pokémon are electric type. This is not an opinion, it's not subjective, it is fact.
