Dragonite doesn’t get attention because CHARIZARD is the real Gen 1 dragon they market. So Dragonite can’t hide behind shillmon privilege like CHARIZARD can.

Also not a shillmon but i wish that noivern got something too, all we got was noivern turbo in the TCG, wich, yknow, failed mechanic & a expy for mega evolution for pokemon that didnt get them, like the kalos starters.

You'll notice that aside from Metagross (which isn't even a reptile), Goodra, and maaaaaaybe Dragapult, the other pseudo-legendaries look more similar to Charizard than they do Dragonite.

I find it amusing that Dragapult was technically too new, otherwise, it would've also had a Scarlet Paradox Form to match Roaring Moon being a Paradox form of a Violet Exclusive mon, with Violet having Iron Variants of the exclusive psuedos from Scarlet.
