I really like it. pigeons are interesting for the fact that they're so plain and adapted to cities, and unfezant is a pretty cool expansion of one. I love the sexual dimorphosm on the male and I wish more bird mons did that

Have the red azk be green instead on the male.
Add two green tailfeathers.
Add a small blue mask and body spots/tailfeathers to the female.
Make it a special attacker and give it base 100 speed.
