Gift totems recieved from Oak in USUM are different, each version can get 4 pokemon by collecting stickers IIRC
Ultra Wormholes have different legendaries in the postgame
The game clock in M/UM is set 12 hours off of the system clock, so day is night.
The Ultra Recon team members you see in USUM are different depending on the version. With different lines in their scenes but not much else
Ithink those are the main difference, other than the usual version exclusive mons and legendary.
