>GalacticTechnically succeeded, since Cyrus was able to create a portal to his new universe, then dove in and left Team Galactic behind. Then his universe collapsed. Later on the remnants of Team Galactic attempted to repeat the process to recall their leader, but failed.
>Team PlasmaAttempted to summon Reshiram from the Light Stone, failed, were all arrested by the International Police. Additionally, Team Rocket had an active presence in Unova, with numerous operations, while also plotting Team Plasma's downfall.
>Team FlareFolded after Zygarde-Complete defeated the fake Zygarde, and thus Lysandre. I think Lysandre died from that battle, actually. Malva swore to track down and bring to justice the rest of Team Flare.
>Team SkullBasically just caused a ruckus, essentially reformed.
>Team YellDemoted to their original roles as Spikemuth's Gym Trainers and never expand beyond that. Still fans of Marnie.
>Hunter JKilled by Uxie and Mesprit.
Of all of these groups, only Team Rocket is still in active operation. Giovanni got away with EVERYTHING.
