I can't believe zoomies actually """relate""" to Team Star's idiotic "we were bullied :(" arc. You don't ever see their bullies even in the flashbacks, and the game itself gaslights the entire fact Penny made you join up with her because Team Star grunts were starting to bully others like her (seriously, they actually dropped this completely). Not to mention how stupid it is Team Star has been loitering in bases for AN ENTIRE YEAR and only now is the school going to expel them for playing hooky unless Clavell fixes their dumbasses up.
Penny's fight sucks, and she literally was useless for Area Zero despite her LEET HAX0R skills being needed - all she does is power on an elevator that doesn't even do dick. You literally could have had Ko/Miraidon fly up to the top of the crater and had that same exact scene of everyone gliding down into it.
Nemona is cool at first, and I get why a lot like her for coom, but it's around Area Zero you realize she's actually one-dimensional. There really is nothing more to her than "want to battle" and the game brushes aside her parent relationship so even that's not explored as much as it should have been.
