It didn't take him long to realize conversations only become uncomfortable if they run long enough to come around to his opinions, though he doesn't mind listening to others. Feeling he has little to offer in topics beyond work and clan traditions, he lies to himself that small talk and acquaintances sate his social needs, and that's all others expect from him too.
