What sort of stat spread, EVs/IVs, nature, and moves would Ash's Pikachu would have to have if they were to implement him into the games while still reflecting his strength in the anime?

not sue about natures, but it there a plot point in Sinnoh where Turtwig was unable to battle effectively when it evolved because Ash focuses on speed. So most of his pokemon would more thank likely have EV's that lean heavily on speed.

3 of the 5 event distributions of Ash's Pikachu have had a naughty nature. The Best Wishes one was brave for some reason and the Alola champion distribution gave him a hardy nature (maybe to symbolize finally getting a league win after all that time), but naughty seems to be his default.

Pikachu would probably have the same moves he knows at any given time in the anime, but have no EV cap to potentially make him broken (or weak as shit without them).
