It would really be a big buff to lots of offensive grass types if they choose to actually distribute that move. Sure, no one can do it exactly like Meowscarada, but the broad strokes of summoning an exploding flower seems generic enough to me for plenty of others to pull off. Not too dissimilar to Darkest Lariat. Here's hoping.
