They never fixed Spinda. It's impossible to transfer it to BDSP lmao and it took MONTHS to be updated to connect to those games. I know some other Pokémon is not transferrable too.

Is it still an issue? I have a copy of BD for the eventmons and if transferring certain pokemon there will brick them I want to avoid that.
