How do i level my team for elite 4 in emerald? they are all 40.

If you don't want to grind VR, spend all your money in the Pokemon center on revives and potions, then go fight the E4 to level up, fainting when appropriate

You don't need to grind, just buy a bunch of revives. If you need to just pp stall the E4 out with revives. Plus you get Ray at like level 70

You're supposed to beat them with the level gap. Grinding is for scrubs.

Even a lv40 team should have an easy time against anyone that isn't drake or wallace. You should use items, do pokenav rematches or just catch Rayquaza.

Levelling 6 pokemon evenly is the most immersive though even though it makes them drop off later in terms of levels...
