I’ve been having lucid dreams of living a happy loving life with pic related and going on adventures in the Pokémon world. What SSRIs should I take to fix this?

Remember your dreams, write a dream journal when you wake up, wake up early then write it down then go back to bed, develop reality checks. At least that’s what I read on how to start doing it. I usually try to imagine what I want to dream about before I go to bed. I create a foundation then sleep on it to fill it in
