>>53532746Not very based when you consider that FRLG, the only games where you could get Eevee aside from Colosseum and XD do not have an in-game clock to evolve Eevee into Espeon/Umbreon. While RSE does have an in-game clock, you can't get Eevee in the wild and need to trade it from FRLG. So if you want an Espeon or Umbreon in Gen III you better pay up like a good paypig. It's obviously not as relevant in the modern day given emulation, etc. but back then it was peak Nintendo Jewry.
