They don't care about the west, just how their product's presented o it (notice they took localisation off NoA, because they took far too long to localise it and localised it to english, before translating it further, ruining the end product for the other languages, due to the english trandslation already butchering and bowdlerising it to be safe for sale in America, where young kids see an average of 6 murders on telly before their 6th birthdday, but no-one can flash a bit of thigh or it'll destroy society completely).
