Lillie was hyped before, during and after gen 7, being the most impactful one BY FAR. Marnie was hyped before the game, but she did nothing of value during the game, so by the end of gen 8 she's only still relevant to coomers (this is also true of lillie, but to a larger scale).

Nemona had absolutely no hype before the game, she only became popular once people could work her character into a yandere battle-autist.

Lillie > nemona > marnie in terms of popilarity/relevance.
