would change if type coverage isn’t your priority like it is mine but for a story playthrough I think it’d work

Its not even comparable to Greninja at the slightest and Samurott actually has stronger Water/Dark moves since Sharpness stacks with STAB unlike Protean

Underaged kalosperms really don't know what they're talking about it seems. H-Samurott is probably the strongest water starter now because of Ceaseless Edge, and BB and Protean being nerfed.

probably replace Empoleon or Swampert with primarina if they have their nerfed move pools
no scald/Flip turn on swampert and no Roost or Scald on empoleon
