/vp/ has taught me that to have a conversation about Pokémon worth a damn, I actually need to go outside and talk to people in person, because most of you spergs are too comfortable taking the piss out of any and all introspective and productive discourse, with the blissful knowledge that your anonymity protects you from any likelihood of reputational repercussions. Just because you have a monotonous nine-to-five with a nihilistic outlook no prospect for an ambitious or productive future doesn't mean your cynicism is the model ideal for humanity.
