It, and probably other shitmons too, only learn it through Move Tutor in Gen 4.
With Mirror Herb passing down "egg moves", why did it not make a return on it's movepool? (though I am pretty sure Pokemon on it's egg group could pass it down Sucker Punch in previous gens too)
It's not like a non-stab priority move will make it anything better, it will still be a massive shitmon.
Anyway, post other Pokemon that you think have been robbed off moves. And try to be a bit more original, don't post Earth Power Typhlosionerino for the gorillionth time.
