Maybe in these DLCs in non-japan we will get a Dusclops regional

They are currently chochin obake, so the change would not be forced.

What region of Japan do you think the dlc will be based on? We already have Kanto (kek), Kansai, Kyushu, Hokkaido (and technically Chubu is split between kanto/johto).

It is possibly based on the true mountainous area of Kitakami (specifically Iwate Prefecture) in the Tōhoku region.

Also Rokurokubi is a classic

Perhaps a bird, a turtle, or a snake could be a good base to give the illusion, even an Elasmosaurus, the point is that its body simulates a kimono and on its head it has elements similar to a geisha's hairstyle.

I honestly think that the flamingo or the ostrich would have been better options, being animals with long necks. And making its plumage resemble a kimono shouldn't be difficult.
