Honestly, they are cleaarly the best legendary group and I'm tired of pretending they are not.
Ranging from design, music, lore, in-game execution and the overall theme they represent, if this gen did something right it was them.

collecting korok seeds (with piss poor render distance, i might add) does not constitute gameplay and is enjoyed by no one in any game barring the most braindead half-wits who are just happy to spend money and push a button. it's jewbisoft tier and requires no game design or meaningful input but milks the most playtim out of there being nothing. annual open world games are uniformly pigshit and it's embarassing that the most braindead pokeconsoomers are eager to praise it just because it's pokemon

That's not as fun because it's a normal linear RPG. I only like it when every open-world game has the same "run around in an open field and find a collectable" sidequest because the familiarity and repetitive motion brings me comfort. It lets me waste time without having to actually do anything to engage with the game and that's what I want out of my entertainment

I can't tell if you're actually this retarded or if I'm arguing with a literal child who doesn't understand basic game design but let me explain
Korok seeds are collectibles that are designed in such a way so that you can find them occasionally as you're looking for other things or just going through fields and mountains to build up towards a feature that helps convenience, you are not expected to collect them all which is why only 400 or so of the 900 are actually necessary for inventory upgrades
The Ruins are powerful Pokemon you are specifically going out of your way to find, and you do need to collect them all as part of the Pokedex. They are not a byproduct of natural exploration, they are things you are actively seeking.
I'm guessing though that you can only equate "DURRR THING HARD TO FIND = KOROK" because you are a brainlet and likely have never even played BOTW as most people on this board only play Pokemon, youve just heard parroted /v/ opinions. Get out nigger
