Idk about the 'icons' they used.
The designs should look good mainly from the front but the steel tera looks like a spike or a metal dick, also the block crown part doesn't really blend with the Pokemon heads.
The dark tera is just shitty all around, they could've done better with le evil laughing face. It looks too flimsy and the comic book style doesn't fit.

Could be cool for some nostalgia fagging if they worked in some of the old sprites as the gems
Wouldn't work for every type, but it'd be neat for a handful
Instead of the basic diamond for Normal, the Substitute doll or Rhydon's OG party sprite would've been pretty cool

At least make the HANDLE of the axe the part that sticks out of the Pokemon’s head and not the fucking BLADE. The current design makes it look like the Pokemon has a fucking axe lodged in its skull lmao.

What constantly pisses me off is the whole eye thing going on. When it's the symbol, the symbol you see on the pokemon name, it means it's a dark type. But when you fight a psychic type, what do you actually see physically on top of their heads? A gigantic eye. I keep on mixing those two types up every time I come back to the game.
