Has anyone else used multiple of the same Pokemon in a single playthrough?

Have you ever used two of the same Pokémon on your team? I sometimes I do it when I have a rotating roster of Pokémon. Also I did a Dragon only run in Red version where I used 6 Dragonites.

one day I’m gonna do a run with a full team of Rotoms
technically they’ll be in different forms, so not the exact same mon, but conceptually I’m there

This was my team in Emerald until Brawly, I decided not to brute-force him. The Linoones became my nanny team for any mon I wanted to add to the main team.

Im doing a replay of Y rn with 2 chespins. Doublemon runs can definitely be fun, especially if they have a large movepool or if you run different natures on a mixed attacker to go full physical on 1 and full special on the other.
