>>53588546It never had Rain Dish, just Hydration which isn't very good. Shell Armor is definitely an improvement. I do wish Shelter wasn't just Acid Armor, which it can already learn, but with less PP (in PLA moves like Protect and reflect also give the obscured buff, so they could've made it work like Protect that also boosts your defense). However, with Dragon/Steel typing instead of pure Dragon, a slightly better movepool, and better defense, it's definitely a lot better. Still not some meta-defining top-tier competitive pokemon, but it's got a very good typing and decent stats and movepool (lacking a good recovery move still hurts it, though).
