Weird that it used to hang with Cleffa and Igglypuff as the Baby Mon Trio to reference the Pikachu/Clefairy/Jigglypuff Trio, then it got replaced by Togepi.
I guess TCPi thought an Electric type with 2 Fairy types looked odd or it wasn't round enough or maybe this the price to pay when living in Shillachu's shadow that you become Raichu #2?

Thats the point of a glass canon, no? Its mobility and kill power was really high. Now its just alright, similar to Pikachu with more drawbacks and nothing particularly noteworthy to make up for it. Then again I rarely play Pichu anymore so I may be exaggerating a bit. I prefer Incineroar.
