I noticed all the"cool" pokemon these days have some sort of goofy or silly design element.
>Coalossal has a pile of coals on its back
>Dragapult has puny arms and dumpy body
>Kingambit has a rediculously large sword on its head aswell as a silly long moustache
>Baxcalibur has a sword sticking out of its back that it slides on its head to attack with.
I come up with this theory that someone at gamefreak is stopping their designers from making pokemon that are outright cool and forces them to add a "silly factor" to every design. I like pokemon are cool but have some silly element to them but when thats all there making these days I think theres something up.
