any anons who know how transfers and rockruffs works?

I hatched a Shiny Rockruff in GO today, I wanna send him to Home and make him into a Dusk Form Lycanroc. From what I understand the only way to get him is an Own Tempo Rockruff but if I send this guy to Home there's no way to garuntee he'll be Own Tempo is there? is it possible? Can I send him to Home than into Sword/Sheild and do something to his ability there?

You can not give any Rockruff the ability via capsules It has to be Own Tempo from the start
So keep it in go until you can confirm

In the games Own Tempo Rocks are an entire separate set of abilities (I think it works similar to Battle Bong Greninja, where it's a third set (normal availability, HA and special event ability).
I don't think there is any way to turn it into a Duskruff, as it doesn't have a HA and the normal ones can't access OT, even with ability patch. Enjoy your shiny pupper, I guess.
And yes I did notice the typo in the greninja ability, but I'm stoned, it's funny so I'm leaving it.
