Would be extremely broken. Thousand Arrows is already balanaced out by being exclusive to Pokemon with only 100 Atk and hitting Ground weak airborne Pokemon neutrally until they get on the ground.

Flying is one of the most broken types in the game
Resists Bug (U-turn), Fighting (one the the strongest common offensive types), and flat-out immune to Ground (another one of the strongest common offensive types)
Immune to al hazards except Rock but Flying types get Defog, while Ice/Fire/Bug types just have to sit there like a bitch and take it.
Many flaying types also get Roost and U-turn
Most of the types Flying is weak to have glaring flaws (physicals Eletric types are a joke, and Rock attacks have shit accuracy)

When I first played gen 1 I thought those moves were rock, mainly because bones are fossils, which meant rocks. Honestly I still get it backwards because it doesn't make sense for bone attacks to be ground.

Bonemerang sure, the melee ones no.

Bone Club could use a rework where it's fairly weak in-game but has niches in competitive. Pick one of
>Always crits.
>Destroys barriers like Rock Smash.
>Always moves last. User takes half damage this turn.

You could also buff bone moves by making them super-effective on Ghost types.

JP name uses a word for "club" that's a homonym for "solicitation" or "earnest request", so you could justify weird secondary effects like Psych Up or Spotlight. Though Spotlight overlaps with Lightning Rod.
