Field moves, HMs, anything that has effect outside of battle (like Sweet Scent, Milk Drink, Teleport, Dig, etc) and moves great for hunting (False Swipe, Reversal, Super Fang, Mean Look, Spore, Thief, etc)

For me it's this fella. He's my False Swiper and also covers Fly and Cut.
