Fairy needs a nerf and to be more different from Psychic.
Ice needs a big buff.

Imo, Fairy and Dark should be weak to each other. Fighting should lost their weakness to Fairy. Fairy should lost the resistance to Bug.

Ice should gain some resistance against Fairy, Grass, Poison and Flying.
