Recently I'm starting a Pokemon Emerald Hack Rom, the name hasn't decided yet, but the premise I've already decided! (It will be in PT-BR for now as it is my native language, later I can translate it into English)

The story will take place in the Frindons region, a very conservative region attached to ancient cultures and oppressed the minority.

The hero has just returned from a field trip he took with his family who work as researchers, but because of the conservative culture, he has to hide his romance from the neighbor. One day it was time for the hero and his boyfriend to start the journey to fulfill their dreams of becoming champions. Because the two have the same goal, they become rivals and compete for who will become the new champion, but it will not be easy in a conservative region and with an organization that wants to end the minority.

Planned features:

- Fairy Type

- Kanto to Hoenn starters to choose from.

- It will have Pokémon up to generation III, but with moves and abilities updated to the current generation.

- Instead of the protagonists being a boy and a girl, it will be two boys. (Nothing against girls, but for plot reasons that wouldn't be possible)

- The character you didn't get will appear as an NPC being your boyfriend and friendly rival.

- Game difficulty may increase slightly. (Open to discussion about this, I might change my mind and leave it at the same difficulty as Emerald)

- Fight against the organization, Team Eraser, which seeks to "correct" what it deems imperfect or immoral in the Frindons region.

Just a last warning, the project is designed for ages 13 and up due to strong words and verbal violence.
