Scizor is good
Kleavor is a miss, the head just looks bad with that Alolan style 'facial hair', the rest of its body I would've been willing to accept, although, the color could've been changed too, the brown rock color is fine but the general yellow color looks unflattering

Kleavor isn’t the prettiest thing but I like that it retained the little details while having it’s own ability

I didn't like Mega Scizor on initial reveal because in my childhood we used toothed scissors in school as kids' scissors that can cut patterns so it felt babyish, but it grew on me. I think the extension of the black into more areas like the new head crest and the transformation of the red legs into sturdy spikes were each done tastefully. Among designs on average, I think it aged very well.
