nta just not crazy for the johto hate. It's by far the closest to first gen. The excess baby/crossgen evos were to better integrate the two regions and their fauna, intended to appeal to kanto players.
Most don't look as good as kanto-mons, but I think some look better like Tyranitar, Sneasel, Ursaring, Furret, Noctowl, Quagsire, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-oh.
