Obviously, instead of shitting Pokémon just fight to expend waste matter and energy, that is how they make energy moves and shit. That is why they like battling since it is lie taking a nic shit like them and why they want trainers because you are basically holding the poopbag in having to clean up any potential messes made by battling and making sure they do it in the right spots. And why everything learns Toxic in particular.

Depends on your diet, bro. Eat plenty of fiber, drink lots of water, keep meat and dairy at a minimum (important for other reasons as well) as well as fried foods/sugar intake, and your shit won't stink up the bathroom or make it look like a bomb went off in the toilet bowl.
