GF actually has a robust and solid benefits program as well as retirement fund, plus bonuses for when the game does well (which is every time). Consistent company trips and sick days off too. Just recently they implemented a “optional” 4 day workweek a few years back and doesn’t have any repercussions like how the west does “unlimited vacation days.” So theoretically, you can have all the benefits and work a 9-5 on 4 days maximum.
