Nope, still won't end the debate because the anime is in a different continuity with different rules, namely the fact that all Pokemon in the anime possess human-level sapience despite the games implying otherwise.
We're not solving this motherfucker until both DLCs are available to dissect, assuming GameFreak will even answer what the crystals really did to bring forth the Paradox Pokemon.

The anime isn't always consistent in timelines and how legendaries exist. The raidons could easily be from the prof still in the past, and then Terapagos ended up with Rico later, or there could be 2 Terapagos.

Only ~10% of the time anon. Basic world building stuff is usually the same. Something like the turtle granting wishes, proving imagination correct, is one of the core things that would be the same.
The 10% is stuff like BURASUTO BAAN and electric armor and stuff like that.

The games repeatedly display pokemon with human sapience, the fuck are you on about. Zoroark, Froslass, Spiritomb, and Darkrai are shown to speak to the player and pretend to be human, while Calyrex is its own character entirely. Not to mention any other mon the dex might just tell you is a reincarnated human.

The anime bullshits a lot of stuff but I don't think it's ever had a major discrepancy on what a Pokemon can do when compared to the games. If Terapagos can grant wishes in the anime, then it probably can do that in the games, that doesn't suddenly mean every other wacky thing in the anime is also canon.

The games have implied both human-like or above and rock level sentience/sapience.
You were so caught up trying to be on one side of an argument without taking into consideration that there's different levels, and not all Pokemon species are the same, just like animals in our world, which we are.
