Arcanine don't need gimmick shit, just a better ability instead of Justified or they should give a buff to Justified to make a better ability.
Also, he needs a more expansive move list.

A battle facility in gen3 had a DDance Arcanine.
Pre-phys/special split and still made me shit bricks with boosted E-speed.
Would be healthy to the meta to keep fairies in check.
