Ironically the only time i have seen rocks in VGC is in SV. It won something somehow recently despite it being pretty questionable in doubles.
Its still the focus of 6v6 hell.

still not a great strategy because you dont get enough benefit to give up a turn for it in doubles. if neither player is a retard then there wont be enough switching to make use of them
