A few things annoy me to no end
>Nidoran line screwing up the numbering scheme
>Tauros and Miltank being considered separate species
>Kangaskid not being a Pokemon
>Not having Rotom on your Dex despite literally holding one in your pocket from the get go
>The 'Shellder' thing on Slowbro not being a Pokemon
>Gamefreak basically scrapping the idea of gender difference because it's too much work
