Until a few minutes ago, I thought this was the mega form of Garbodor. I havent played any of the games since X and Y and the first time i saw this a few months ago in Pokémon Go I just assumed they made the trash end up evolving into this, diverting expectations of some pokemon thats literally just trash and making it an actually cool evo line.
