Though ironically Flash Fire is flat out better than Frisk in VGC because 1) You can give yourself a Flash Fire boost by a team mate, and 2)Game Freak was so angry about Typhlosion being picked for Legends isntead of CHARIZARD that they sabotaging H. Typhlosion by making the meta open sheets (or its just one hell of a coincidence that they just so happened to make Frisk worthless as soon as Typhlosion got it).
