A series could take place entirely in adulthood and characterize them as adults but has all the adults look like Liko (while kids look like Baby Peach). Suddenly it's no longer a child. Likewise, you could have any "well endowed" adult anime character still be underage with a "mature enough" artstyle, At this point you might as well say every anime/feminine character is underage.
This mentally ill business is so stupid. 1. There are plenty of full functioning people who admit to being attracted to underage, even "child" characters, as long as they're aren't obsessive over it. 2. If you're being a stickler about it. being part of a hardcore fanbase for a franchise dedicated to children as a grown adult is already some indications of mental disorders like aspergers in the first place.
Either way, the whole point is that it's much different from actual pedophilia if there are no real children involved, the same way mass murder and slashers in video games/movies aren't representative of actual mass murders. This whole thing seems to stem from you being unable to grasp that some people into 'lolis" genuinely have no interest in real children, which is a problem of your personal incredulity.
